Held at the Château de la Gaude, the guests, starred chefs and sommeliers from the region, had the pleasure of immersing themselves in a real sensory journey.

Each quality, starting with XO, then XXO and finally Hors d'Âge, has been the subject of a gastronomic pairing. An opportunity for our guests to discover our different tasting cognacs and to appreciate the realization of culinary masterpieces made live by the talented chefs: Giovanni Facchinetti, Matthieu Dupuis Baumal Julien Diaz, and Mathilde Genet.
