Maison Coutanseaux Aîné is proud of its recent partnership with Les Grandes Tables du Monde, an association dedicated to haute cuisine and the art of living.

On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the association, which took place from 13 to 16 October in Milan, our teams had the honour of representing our company on site. It was an exceptional opportunity to meet 192 of the greatest starred chefs from all over the world, each of whom had the privilege of discovering our three emblematic cognacs of the Grande Champagne terroir: XO, XXO and Hors d'Âge.

Our presence was spread over three unforgettable evenings, punctuated by a sumptuous gala dinner, two lunches, and an exclusive lounge dedicated to meetings and tasting. During a presentation led by François de La Giraudière, General Manager of Coutanseaux Aîné, each chef had the opportunity to discover all the complexity and aromatic finesse of our cognacs. This privileged moment, sublimated by the rifle service, highlighted our majestic tasting ritual, thanks to our 5-liter carafe, La Belle Jeanne.

This partnership is a major turning point for Coutanseaux Aîné. It reinforces our status as a cognac of excellence for gastronomy and affirms our commitment to offering exceptional eaux-de-vie to the icons of the world's culinary art.
